We meet every Friday at 7:00pm for an easy 7k run to start our weekend right. Before we head to the run we do a quick warm up (5min) and welcome our new runners. after that we start our 7k and run a long the river. The route goes through the Deutschherrbrücke a long the main shore until the Holbein Steg Bridge. After crossing the Bridge we head back a long the Untermainkai the "Schöne Ausicht" and back to our starting point next to the European Central Bank. After the run we cool down with serval kind of water and other soft drinks and some delicious snacks. We’re mostly a group of 15 to 20 people. At Local Legends everyone is welcome and yes you can bring your dog to our runs.
